Ontario’s latest Express Entry draw 2024
In a recent EE Draw, the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) issued 300 NOIs for provincial nomination. Moreover, this draw targeted Express Entry profiles created between September 7, 2022, and September 7, 2023, with CRS scores ranging from 308 to 434.
If you’re aiming to secure Canadian permanent residency quickly, learning French is highly recommended. Additionally, proficiency in French can significantly enhance your likelihood of being selected in the new Express Entry rounds of invitations announced by IRCC.
Eligibility Requirements for OINP French-Speaking Skilled Worker Stream
In a recent Express Entry draw, OINP issued 300 NOIs for profiles with CRS scores of 308-434 created Sept 2022-Sept 2023. Additionally, you must hold an education level equivalent to at least a Canadian bachelor’s degree. Moreover, demonstrate proficiency in French with a CLB level 7 or higher on the TCF/TEF Canada test, and CLB level 6 or higher in English on the IELTS/CELPIP test.
To prove you have enough money to settle in Canada, you can show:
- Bank statements or investment account statements (such as for mutual funds), demonstrating you have available funds.
- Your annual salary from a current job in Ontario.
- A confirmed job offer in Ontario.

To show you plan to make Ontario your home, you can provide one or more of these:
- Proof of current or past work in Ontario (employment records).
- Job offers or documentation showing you’ve applied/interviewed for Ontario positions.
- Records of your studies.
- Evidence of volunteer work you’ve done in Ontario.
- A lease agreement or proof of property ownership in Ontario.
- Membership documents for professional organizations or connections in Ontario.
- Proof of family ties or close relationships with people who live in Ontario.
