Recently, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada conducted a new Express Entry draw.
In this draw, they invited 2,000 candidates under the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) category.
Minimum Score Requirement Increased
However, to get selected this time, candidates needed:
- A minimum CRS score of 515
- Also, they must have created their profile before June 10, 2025 (2:46 AM UTC)
As a result, the score requirement has reached one of the highest levels in 2026.

- Even small score differences can affect selection

Who Is Getting the Most Invitations
Notably, CEC candidates are receiving the highest number of invitations.
Out of total 61,154 ITAs issued in 2026:
- CEC alone received 32,250 invitations
- French-language candidates got 18,000
- Other categories received much fewer in comparison
