Focus on Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) Candidates

This draw targeted candidates nominated through the Provincial Nominee Program, enabling provinces and territories to choose individuals aiming to immigrate to Canada and settle in specific regions.

In this round, 733 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) were issued to PNP candidates, requiring a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 812.

How Express Entry Draws Function

The Canadian immigration agency uses the Express Entry system to process skilled workers’ applications for permanent residency. Candidates create an online profile and are rated based on factors like education, work experience, and language skills. The highest-scoring candidates are invited to apply for permanent residency. To be eligible, candidates must meet the requirements of one of Canada’s federal immigration programs.
